LASER CUTTING

JR Billington, Inc offers 2 different Laser machines. We have a Mazak Super Turbo X510 2500 watt with a 60x120 cutting table and also a Mazak New Turbo X48 1500 watt with a 50x100 cutting table. With having both of these lasers we can offer cutting capabilities with steel up to 1/2", stainless steel up to 1/4" and aluminum up to 3/16".

CNC PUNCH PRESS

We also offer a CNC Punch Press option for your custom needs. Our Amada Turret Press (Pega 345) capacity 33 ton with 58 stations provides numerous options for your stamping and fabricated parts needs.

FORMING

Our Amada RG-M2 8024 press brake provides state-of-the-art control with precise bending control and angles. We can form up to 8' in length.
